I came in very late, not expecting Starbucks to be open; however, thankfully they were - and the line was exorbitantly long and I definitely thought about turning around and waiting for the line to ease down especially with only 2 ladies working. Thankfully, as I observed how the staff was expeditiously and effectively maneuvering the process, I decided to stay. The wait was NOT longer that what I initially expected and the staff (Nellie & Ana) were super professional and efficient with the process they utilized with the order process. Not to mention how clean and easy to order this location was. Thank you so much for your GREAT customer service. I ONLY leave reviews for great customer service to help celebrate the work quality displayed. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! #Promotions 🤏🏽

This Starbucks location stays busy since it’s inside the hospital, but that didn’t stop me from receiving great service. I enjoyed my coffee and the lemon loaf I purchased. The baristas were very nice, and they got me in and out quickly. Their service was actually faster than the service I typically receive at Starbucks in my home county. Great customer service, especially for such a high-traffic location!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tyler and Laila at the Starbucks at Grady. Between the two of them, they handled all **eight of my orders** with professionalism, grace, patience, and a genuinely pleasant attitude. Not once did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them—which, given my order history, is no small feat! Their positive energy and commitment to customer service stood in stark contrast to some of the experiences I had encountered during the first quarter of 2026. Tyler and Laila were attentive, efficient, and kind from start to finish. They reminded me that exceptional service isn't just about getting the order right; it's about making people feel welcomed and valued. Grady is fortunate to have team members like them representing its Starbucks operation. Dr. B

I love this location the staff has always been exceptional. Coffee is always superb. Mercedes and Shay are the best here. I’m a repeat customer who will definitely patronize this location. It’s also convenient because they are in my job. I love this Starbucks location wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’m a frequent Starbucks visitor, but this one is inconsistent. It’s inside Grady Hospital and despite being on the main lobby level, they only allow the hospital staff to use the Starbucks seating area, even if you’re patronizing the business. There isn’t a written notice to notify you of this “rule” so instead a security officer will come over and demand you get up from your seat. It’s not consistent with the typical Starbucks standards so be aware of that before coming. I will say the baristas were sweet, but the rule doesn’t make sense and the security is unnecessarily aggressive.
